Senior Manufacturing Consultant, Bill Heron, has been with MVATC since 1998. He arrived with 34 years of manufacturing experience, holding positions as Production Superintendent, Manager of Industrial Engineering and Special Projects, and Manager of Facilities and Maintenance.

Bill has a strong background working with organizations of all shapes and sizes, having managed a client base ranging from 10 to 650 employees and up to 450 million in annual sales. He has hands-on experience in plant consolidation, reorganization, and strike management. Bill's professional areas of expertise include Lean Manufacturing and Senior Management Mentoring. He has also received specialized training in Management Process Skills, Preventative Maintenance Management, Business Proposals, Software Training, Time Management, and Project Management.
