Hi Everyone,
I come to you today to give you a recent update on the election process and how this relates towards the international roll out of the IQD for Iraq.

Note: If you have not read my previous news letter from Wednesday Part 1 8/27 Part 2 8/27,
I encourage you to first read it. Today's news letter, as in all my news letters, is a continuation of the ongoing saga of the IQD RV process.

I hope you don't mind I tried to keep today's news letter short, brief and to the point...lol...lol.... There is so much more news to tell and it will all come out later this week.

WHY ALL THIS URGENT DESIRE BY CHINA TO WORK THINGS OUT URGENTLY WITH VIETNAM ??

WHY HAVE THE ILLEGAL OIL RIGS CHINA SET UP IN THE SOUTH SEA IN VIETNAM WATERS BEEN VERY QUICKLY REMOVED ?

IT IS MY SPECULATION THAT A DEAL HAS BEEN FINALLY MADE THAT CHINA WILL BACK AND SUPPORT THE DONG SINCE THEY ARE THE LARGEST HOLDER IN ANTICIPATION OF THE REVALUE OF THE DINAR.

YOU SEE, CHINA KNOWS THAT VIETNAM IS HOLDING A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF DINAR IN LEU OF PAYMENT OF PAST DEBTS.

Comments Are From Monday Night -- Waiting For Tuesday Morning Update

Tlar: Guys I am truly sorry to have to tell you this but I just received a phone call that told me that Iraq has been asked to hold the RV for a few days.

I can't go into the reasons but it could as much as another week before we see the RV.

The good news is that the ball is in Iraq's court and they may decide to not honor the hold. I will know more tomorrow. In my last email I will explain what has happened and you can judge for yourself.

I believe this is a selfish act and so do the Iraqi's. Somebody whom I can't name is playing politics with the RV for personal reasons. Tlar

Mrs. Diddy: If I were the Iraqis, I would do what's best for Iraq at this point. The US wasn't exactly quick to respond when Iraq needed help with ISIS. But I'm sure there's much more to this than meets the eye. So we wait. -Mrs Diddy

According to sources, the �life� that �the financial returns for the sales region and deposited in the Turkish bank, Sathor parties in that, but most likely will be spent on the salaries of the Peshmerga and fill the debt of foreign oil companies operating in the region�.

* in 2010, Maliki did not win the election, but he was appointed PM; in 2014 Maliki did win the election, but he was not appointed PM - the USA is in control

* when O pulled out our troops to keep his campaign promises, M took advantage and destroyed the nation; now our troops are back, and now ISIS is a threat; Frank would not speak about what was going on in deference to the safety of our troops; in the past 2 weeks, we now see that Syria is joining the fight against ISIS and American prisoners were released by Syrian rebels, etc.... again, the USA is in control

Stevel: All I want to see is these new guys officially seated and the budget and HCL passed. As Ray said, their positions will be official September 7th.

I am hopeful anytime after that will be a great opportunity for Iraq to move their country forwards. The new PM likes to do things by the constutution, so having this happen before the 7th may be pushing it a bit. I can wait it out for sure. Steve

Happy Labor Day

Al-Maliki's son leads the largest transfer of furniture from the Green Zone to Touirij

So the Maliki family is emptying out the Green Zone of furniture and autos.....makes me wonder if their hard drives are being destroyed too....oh and don't forget the backup files too....will they even leave the light bulbs....even taking the generators....I'm sure that much of the revenues of oil sales have bought much of this furniture and other extravagant furnishings....but so go the spoils I guess.

Parliamentary bloc: Abadi will receive today the names of candidates Ministries Alkanah new government

Today is supposedly the deadline to get your list of names to Abadi for his review and possible selection as part of his GOI ministry.....let's see if this deadline actually takes or will we hear later of yet another 2 day deadline.....nothing being announced from him as yet....rumors of names of course...but that is all we have at this point.

Tlar Comment : - The Iraqi's have spent this last week meeting. All sects were involved including the Shia, Sunni, Kurds and Turkman.

The purpose which has been the hold up in the process, is to remove the element of "trust" between the sects and put forth a document in writing which identified both the big problems and their solutions.

Laws that have been dormant for years like the HCL and Article 104 were moved to the fore front along with their solutions. They were agreed upon to be signed, run in front of parliament and registered with the Iraqi courts and the UN.

This document is all important to the process to give everyone that warm fuzzy to vote this new government in.

mc September 1, The Phoenix Call was encouraging but I wonder about the 2nd basket issue. It was mentioned that a drop in the US Dollar and the aftermath would be soothed by a second revaluation. So, would holding onto 25 to 50 percent of your Dinar until the next reval be the wise decision? Does that nullify the advice of do not wait? Do we just take the money and run?
