2014 Membership Requirements Completed

River Cities United Way has completed the 2014 United Way Worldwide membership requirements by the due dates, and is recognized by the requirements completed image represented in our online and offline marketing materials.

"Day of Caring - Kingman" leaves community cleaner

Saturday September 9th brought together citizens from all around the Kingman community as they teamed up with the City of Kingman, Chamber of Commerce C.A.R.E., and River Cities United Way to remove little and debre in time for the Route 66 Festival.

from Bullhead Christian Center

A family new to town with three kids, living on a friends living room floor with no food, no water, and a childs birthday the next day - visits the Bullhead Christian Center. Staff and volunteers made them an emergency food bag, water, a birthday cake, and $20 for the parents to purchase a birthday gift for their child. They then invited the family to re-visit 2 times per month for further food support, and signed them up for the holiday dinner box. This family left with tears of joy and a big smile, knowing their children would be taken care of.
