[cruiser] Has anyone ever asked those that you listen to what is the difference between a live rate and a public rate? Probably not. A live rate will be one that is on the bank screens. Depending on your security clearance, only a few individuals will have access to those screens. I do not think there is too many of us that have access to those types of individuals, never mind the fact that those special few, will ever risk the consequences to share that information with others.

A Public rate will be just that. Public to everyone. Tellers, Managers, etc. It will be on web sites; both paid and free, posted by the UN, IMF etc., hence the word public. When are people going to realize that the information that is shared is considered a form of insider trading? There is always a bit of truth in every rumor. We are told to read between the lines on information. IMO, the lines should never be shared on a public forum. What purpose does it serve? None. The only thing that matters is when we are all getting paid. When will we finish?

No one and I mean no one knows that date and quite frankly, when it does happen, some of us will not believe it. These chat rooms are a great way to meet people and I have been very fortunate to have met all of you and give you my honest opinion and share numerous, facts of information.

Remember the first time I ever came on this site and the first thing I talked, it was a word called PRIVATE. Learn the meaning now!! Information, whether it be fact or fiction needs to be stopped broadcasted like this is a joke. This is an investment and most of you plan on doing some type of investing in the future, so learn from these ventures.

Part 2 Project To Delete Zeros - Kaperoni & Members Discussion

BUGSY:  seems to me that they are saying hold up till they nominate someone to move forward with this...

nomination of a personal professional experienced high financial management central bank to maintain the stability of the Iraqi dinar, and balance the sovereign foreign currency.

now we know that raising the rate or setting out on float is part of the process, but are seeing them say that they are not starting the "whole process" or just the lifting of the zeroes?

SUNSPOT: tlar, thank you for your analysis. I have a question for you. Once we see the free float begin and let's say the value of the dinar doubles in value from where it is today at 1166 to 583. Do you expect the dealers will experience a whole new wave of buyers for the dinar?

I know it's been said that there is not an unlimited supply of dinar. But it seems that all the dealers are never short on dinars to sell. I mean if I wanted to go buy a million USD of dinar I could. I certainly want the dinar to increase in value but at times it seems like this situation is too unreal and it also seems like it's the dealers that are the only ones profiting.

Med (17:32:02): hey ds

surfsidedan: whats your take on the article to delete the 3 zeros in the year 2014

med: my take i will say this to all believe nothing of what you read and only half of what you are told

surfsidedan: i'll go along with that

polarbear: and even less of what you see

med: a couple things let us start with shabibi about 18 months ago lanachy came to m e and he sold most of his dinar and bought gold he kept some the problem was shabibi he said shabibi was going to lop i never wanted to tell any of you

i was hoping it was bs but from what we are hearing for quite some time he was

it appears that the goi was not for it not that maliki was wanting to do us a favor but they knew that if they did lop it would have international and global ramifications and iraq cant handle that

i personally believe that they want the deletion of zero's in this budget if possible do not expect a one to one and it is no longer a rate to trick people into cashing in

Greetings PD Members,   (Peoples Dinar)

Yes it has been awhile since our last update. It does get a bit hard to provide you updates on this site as I get bashed to no end. I guess when  we share facts rather stories or theories, this is bound to happen.

I will share what we are being told from our sources in Iraq. I know many are members of other sites and they read chats from the "owners" that tell everyone that Dr. Sinan Al-Shabibi is on the run and in hiding. What a great story to keep paying for memberships, however, this is not even remotely true, but awesome great story to keep you coming back.

Dr. Sinan Al-Shabibi has been in out of the country visiting family during this time of investigation. Each and every time Maliki, Parliament or committee investigating the activities of the CBI (Central Bank of Iraq) of any wrong doings, he has been prompt in returning and answering any questions.

I understand that there has been someone appointed as temp "govenor" during this investigation, however he is not out of the picture. According to the official CBI website he is
still listed as "Govenor".

Baghdad to Reduce Kurdistan Region's 2013 Budget
November 30 2012

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region : Although Iraq has increased its budget for 2013, the portion allocated to the Kurdistan Region is less than last year.

In the coming days, Iraqi Parliament will debate next year's budget, estimated to be approximately 113 trillion dinars -- the largest budget in the country's history.

Thirty percent of the budget will be dedicated to government foundations.

Ahmad Faizulla, deputy chair of the finance committee in Iraqi Parliament, has called on officials in the Kurdistan Region to question Baghdad about the considerable increase in the amount designated for government foundations.

"Baghdad has been deciding on the general budget independently and it has decreased the budget for the Kurdistan Region without being held accountable," he said.

November 30 2012

Baghdad (AIN) : The member of the Economy and Investment Parliamentary Committee, Ibrahim al-Rikabi, ruled out possibility of settling the economic problems or ending poverty in Iraq through the 2013 general budget.

"The budget does not pay enough attention to the poor people and the retirees and neglected the issue of improving the items of ration card," he concluded.
