Salem Community College will hold an Open House on Wednesday, July 30 at 6 p.m. in Contini Hall, 460 Hollywood Ave, Carneys Point.
Visitors may tour the campus and learn about SCC's programs of study and financial aid.

  Mark your calendars for this year's Salem County Fair, August 5 - 8. The Chamber will have a booth again this year AND our Give Away is a 32" Flat Screen TV! To enter to win the TV, you must be over 18 and complete an entry form including email. The Fair attracts 30,000 visitors annually, so it's a great opportunity to meet new people and make new business contacts. Chamber Members who volunteer to staff The Chamber's booth receive a free opportunity to promote their business, gain additional area contacts and create additional business brand recognition. Big Brothers Big Sisters Hold Car Raffle 10/12/14
|
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cumberland & Salem Counties will host their annual Car Raffle on October 12th at the Harvest Festival in Rosenhayn, NJ. On the day of the event, Big Brothers Big Sisters will pick the name of a lucky winner and it could be you! The winner of the raffle will have their choice of a 2014 Chevy Camaro 2LT Convertible, a 2014 Cadillac SRX, a 2014 Dodge Ram, a pair of 2015 Harley Davidson Motorcycles, a pair of 2014 Jeep Patriots, a pair of 2014 Chevy Sparks, a 2014 Buick Lacrosse or mix it up!
The odds of winning are tremendous because only 999 raffle tickets will be sold. As a non-profit agency, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cumberland & Salem Counties is funded through charitable donations, grants, and fundraising events. Come learn how mentoring has an impact on the entire community and how easy it is to get involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters at our next information session on July 2nd! Each session features testimonials from current volunteers and a behind-the-scenes tour to meet the professional staff members.
