Good Morning my pretty girls!

I hope you are all having a great summer.  I have a simple update, so please read:)

Workouts:  We will continue to have club workouts through the end of September.  Below is what we currently are offering

Monday
Backwards Brick @ 6:30 pm.  This is a simple 5K run with an optional 12 mile ride after.  The ride is really easy and beautiful.  I want to thank Angela and Deidre for leading this all summer.  Please try to join us next Monday.

MONDAY (NEW) WALK & TALK @ 7:00 pm @ William Wilt Park  This is new and a great idea!  We do have our share of injured, ill, pregnant or recovering athletes and we know you aren't up to running, swimming and cycling just yet.  Join fellow club members : Missy, Justyna and Christylynn on a simple 1-3 mile loop around the park.  They walk for 45 minutes - one hour

Tuesday
July 29th will be our LAST Lake Gilman Swim of the year 6-8 pm   We will then switch back to Tempo Tuesdays @ 6:30 pm for the month of August.  Thank you to Leighann, Cheryl, Gina, and Heather for helping out all summer.

Wednesday:  6:30 PM- Rode Ride
We will have these until it gets too dark to be out on the road.

Saturday
7 am and 9 am bike ride leaving from 2 Burton Road , Mullica Hill NJ.  12-15 miles, any pace

Sunday
8:00 am bike ride leaving from Ella Harris Park @ Commissioners Road.  Longer ride- important, especially for those who are doing the MS 150

Sunday
8-10 am .  Open Swim at Wenonah Swim Club.  $5 for women who are not members of the swim club.

Adding in August/September:  The Weird NJ Bike Ride, Rocky Runs and a few other new and exciting workouts... including boot camp.

Note:  Ocean Swims.  There are many different groups that offer Ocean Swims in Sea Isle, Wildwood Crest etc.  I can't put them on our schedule because I am not responsible for organizing them. Check out our friends at the South Jersey Triathlon Club for more info.  I also notice a lot of information on facebook.
