STEP is collaborating with the Tennessee Department of Education and Metro Nashville Public Schools to provide a day-long Transition Institute.This event is the place for students, parents, teachers, and service providers to find answers to their questions, make connections, and recieve tools to use that will help ensure students exit high school prepared to live, work, and participate fully in their community!

This conference is free to parents and caregivers who register.
Information Table Spaces registered to Disability Agencies or Community Organizations are free. We do ask that they donate a door prize or gift card, if possible.
Vendor Table Spaces reserved for the purpose of selling a product or service are $100 each. Vendors may donate a door prize if they like.
During the day, breakfast, lunch and light refreshments will be served. We are happy to provide meals for one person per table.
