New Resource:  Learning Outcomes for American Sign Language Skills Levels 1-4 created by the National Technical Institute for the Deaf and the Rochester Institute of Technology and the Board of Cooperative Education Services in Rochester, NY, in partnership with the New York State Education Department, Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities.
