Chef Dominique Tougne will welcome Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer, Co- Owner of the French Pastry School of Kennedy-King College

at City Colleges of Chicago to Chez Moi on Tuesday June 3rd, for an Alsatian Dinner celebrating Chef Pfeiffer's May, 2014 James Beard Award for his book The Art of French Pastry, which he co-authored with Martha Rose Shulman.

 

The event will begin with a reception at 6:30pm featuring Alsatian beer, and a sit-down dinner will follow at 7:30pm. Chef Pfeiffer will create a dessert from his book.


Tougne and Pfeiffer are good friends with the common bond of Alsace, where Tougne was born and Pfeiffer began his exciting career. Chef Pfeiffer will be on hand to sign books which will be available for purchase that evening.
 
The cost is $55 per person (plus tax and gratuity)
