ArchRegistration is now open for the 41st WOCN Annual Conference in St. Louis. The WOCN National Conference Planning Committee developed a schedule of sessions aimed to assist everyone providing wound, ostomy and continence patient care, along with professional practice sessions to support with career development. View the sessions to find sessions matching your skill level and practice settings and register before April 24th to save $60. 
Examining WOC Nurse Outcomes 
 
The WOCN Society is undertaking a multi-year research project to examine the outcomes of the practice of WOC Nurses. As members, you can appreciate the need to advance wound, ostomy and continence nursing specialty practice by evaluating its impact on patient outcomes. The specific aim of the outcomes research project is to determine how care provided by WOC specialty nurses improves patient outcomes compares to care delivered by non-WOC specialty nurses.
 
The Society has begun the request for proposals process to identify qualified investigators to conduct the outcomes research study to be funded up to $200,000 for a maximum two-year period.
