The Cellcom Green Bay Marathon and our medical partner Prevea Health are excited to debut a technology that will give our runners peace of mind on race day in the event of an emergency.

SynChart is a safe and secure personal health record that is free for participants and will combine your registration data (name, address, phone number and emergency contact) with additional health information that you provide. Participants can enter medications, allergies and medical conditions in this record through SynChart's secure site. On race day, this information will be combined with a password-enabled medical QR code on every bib that can be accessed by our credentialed medical personnel.

You will be receiving an email from SynChart with a secure link that will guide you through the process of updating your personal health record. We hope you take advantage of this new technology.

Sincerely,

Cellcom Green Bay Marathon & Prevea Health

FAQ's

How is the information secured?
The information is secured through state of the art data encryption. On race day, it is only accessible via the medical QR code with a password. Participants will not even be able to access their own information via the QR code. The code will be deactivated after the event.

What if I don't enter any information into the site?
If you choose not to enter any information in the SynChart site, your registration information will still be available to emergency personnel. This will allow us to quickly notify your designated contact in the event of an emergency. We encourage all runners to take advantage of this free service.

Why do I have to give this information to SynChart and not the marathon?
The Cellcom Green Bay Marathon uses a third-party vendor to securely store all registration information. SynChart's technology is able to securely store the registration information, as well as your relevant health information. Additionally, once your profile is created, you will not need to recreate it for future events where SynChart medical profiles are utilized.
