Pete Lewis Mr. Lewis has more than 30 years of tax and accounting experience and is the owner of Lewis & Associates Tax Planning, Inc., in St. Charles, Illinois. His firm concentrates on tax planning for small business owners which includes tax advisory plans, compliance, IRS debt resolution, tax controversy, compliance for trusts and estates and IRS audits and appeals. 

Additionally, Mr. Lewis is an Adjunct Professor of accounting, tax and finance at DePaul University's School of New Learning, Chicago, Illinois, and University of Phoenix, Schaumburg, Illinois. 

Ben Conley 

Mr. Conley is an attorney in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  He focuses his practice on employee benefit plans.  Mr. Conley has experience counseling clients on qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation.  Mr. Conley was recently appointed to the Advisory Board of the Health Care Reform Center & Policy Institute, a newly formed national "think tank" made up of the nation's leading lawyers, consultants, government representatives and state insurance agents to influence the development of new rules and regulations under Health Care Reform.
