The 28th annual Augusta Baker's Dozen Storytelling Celebration is just a few weeks away! 

 

This year's featured guest is award winning author and literacy advocate, Pat Mora! Mora is the author of many books for children, teens and adults, and helped found El d�a de los Ni�os, El d�a de los Libros/Children's Day, Book Day. Join us for a weekend of events that celebrate stories, families and "bookjoy."

An Evening With Pat Mora

An on-site expert is available at Richland Library to help you avoid the risk and fines for remaining uninsured. Call Lee Patterson at 231-6383 to schedule an appointment to sit down one-on-one with a Certified Navigator.

An exhibit featuring works by Alejandro Garcia-Lemos are on display through May 8.  He created portraits of fellow artists and arts lovers for his and Cynthia Boiter's visual and literary art book, Red Social.  The title of the book and the exhibition translate to social network in Garcia-Lemos's native Spanish.
