Be an Early Bird!
2014-2015 Membership Registration Opens April 1

Make sure that someone from your troop attends the service unit meeting in April to pick up your troop re-registration packet! The Early Bird re-registration deadline is June 2, 2014.

Benefits to registering Early Bird include:

  • A special Early Bird patch for all re-registrants!
  • $10 in Early Bird Bills for all troops that participate!*
  • Each girl is entered in a drawing for one of fifteen $50 gift certificates to the GSMH shop!
  • Uninterrupted access to troop records in ROSE for troop leaders!
*Troops must re-register at least three girls and two adults.

New this year is the option for troop leaders to complete the registration process on behalf of the families in their troop. A special roster will be included in your packet to make this process simple and easy!

Additional Opportunity for Direct Sales

Due to the current cookie inventory, GSMH is extending the opportunity for troops to continue with direct sales and earn a profit of $2 per box!

Now through April 15th, troops can purchase cookies from our cookie cupboards at $2 per box and will have until April 30th to sell these cookies. Cookies must be purchased in full cases, but cookie varieties can be mixed to make a case. Troops are required to pay for cookies when picked up with a troop check at any external cupboard and troop check or debit card at any Service Center cupboard.

These cookies will not count towards individual girl recognitions, cookie credit, or troop/service unit bonuses. Girls must continue to sell cookies at $4 a box to the public, allowing troops to make $2 profit per box. Troops can host cookie booths, sell door to door, or sell by any other direct sale avenue.

The service center cupboard hours will be Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Please check with your local cupboard to determine their continued availability. If you have any questions about this process, please ask your regional product program specialist.
