Dear Families,

KidzArt was a great success!  Each year, this event gets better and better.  We had a record crowd and over 70 tremendous volunteers working tirelessly to keep the children and their families happily moving through the event.  It was not easy for you, we know!  You were constantly scurrying for space and supplies, cleaning puddles of used paint, bending over to greet and interact with even the youngest child, and doing it all with patience and a smile.  Everyone felt welcomed and the children felt like "important artists!" THANK YOU!

Finally, we would like to thank the creative and tireless KidzArt committee.  We started planning this event in the fall and the following people never wavered through all of the months of preparation right down to the last bit of clean up: Rebecca Anders, Heidi Zissman, Whitney Kuvin, Melissa Kohn, Pam Weissman, Shannon Nanus, Jodi Alter, Julie Oshins, and Bridget Hawley.  You are a talented group, to say the least, and working with you was an honor.  I, personally, want to thank you for all of your hard work, creativity, laughter, and friendship.  I am in awe of your dedication. 

Everyone's contribution was crucial to the success of the event, and all of us at the JCC are truly thankful.
