Oregon Chapter FBA April Luncheon

Please join the OC-FBA at our April Luncheon where Magistrate Judge John Acosta and Peter Richter of Miller Nash will present on "Should We Use All the Tools in the Tool Box All the Time: Advocate vs. Litigator."  They will explore the difference between being an advocate, whose focus is on resolving a client's legal problem favorably, efficiently, economically, and professionally, and a litigator, whose focus tends to be on the process of litigating.
