Participants in the GYRO-BOT/Lego Mechanix Workshop will spend their week building, building BUILDING!!

Gyroscopes are used everywhere--in smart phones, video game controllers, aircraft and in countless other devices--and participants will create 7 amazing models from the Thames & Kosmos "Gyro Bot" Kit, including a Tight-Rope Walking Gyroscopic Robot, a Wheel-Walker, a Gyroscopic Compass and More!

We'll also be using Motorized Lego sets to create working cars, cranes & more!

We'll learn about Physics, Forces, Gyroscopes, Spaceflight, Motion & More!

$150 Registration Fee includes the Gyro-Bot Kit, batteries and all the help & instruction needed to insure success. 

Workshop Runs 9am to Noon from Monday August 4th to Friday, August 8th.
