Chaofaite Jewelry at Blue Point
We are happy to announce that we are now selling one of a kind jewelry made by Blue Point yogi, Anne-Marie Iselin. Read about it in her own words:
"After emerging from many years of schooling, I realized that only pursuing my academic interests wasn't enough for me to have a meaningful life. Simply put, I couldn't color outside the lines enough during the day. So, when I'm not playing in academia, I spend my time creating-creating things I hope bring a little bit of happiness into other people's lives and give them something beautiful to love or to share with others they love. I design most of my jewelry from paper whether it's recycled or new, worn or pristine, meaningful or meaningless. I also design jewelry from vintage artifacts like buttons, pins, shoe buckles, ribbons, and lace."
"The name Chaofaite (key-oh-feyt) comes from what I believe is a life process that unfolds at the interaction between chaos, fate, and human aspirations. Through chaofaite, seemingly random events in life align to create a destiny greater than one could ever imagine."
