It's
official! Mike Perry has achieved his R-Phase Z-Health
Certification. By using the skills that he's learned in addition to
his Functional Movement Screen (FMS) certification and previous
experience, he'll now be able to provide even better
assessments!
What is Z-Health?
Z-Health� is a cutting-edge exercise
system that helps people improve their health, alleviate their
pain, and maximize their athletic performance.
Most training systems focus on muscles via resistance training and
flexibility exercises or on the heart and lungs through
aerobic-work. Z-Health is much more evolved. Z-Health focuses on
the nervous system: the ultra-high speed network that controls

ACE Fitness Study: Kettlebells - Twice the
Results in Half the Time? |
Do
you think kettlebells are just a fad? Check out this recent study
from ACE (American Council on Exercise).

Kettlebells can provide one heck of a workout. Based on comparisons
with data from previous research on standard weight training, the
HR and VO2 responses during the kettlebell snatch routine suggest
it provides a much higher-intensity workout than standard
weight-training routines.
Furthermore, the kettlebell snatch workout easily meets industry
recommendations for improving aerobic capacity. "This is good news
for people who are looking for a very good resistance-training
workout that will also help them lose weight," says Schnettler.
"For people who might not have a lot of time, and need to get in a
good workout as quickly as possible, kettlebells definitely provide
that."

Have you heard of Intermittent Fasting? The basic idea is that you
eat the same amount of calories you normally would, but you eat for
8 hours and then fast for 16 hours. Mike has been doing this for
around 2 weeks and finds that his energy levels are great. Read his
