Summer 2024 - Dates to Know

Did you know that the summer semester has three terms? Students can enroll in courses for Full Term, First Term, and/or Second Term. Check out the key dates for each term below.

Summer 2024 Refund Process

The Office of Student Accounting will begin the refund process for Summer 2024 on June 10th. Please note, if you are enrolled in Second Term summer courses, this may impact the date your refund is processed. Federal loans will not disburse until all courses counting toward half-time enrollment have begun.

The refunding of eligible excess aid happens in phases over the course of several business days.

Note: Some scholarships are non-refundable. Students can reach out to the Office of Scholarship Services to verify the refundability of their scholarship.

Tip: Set up your Electronic Direct Deposit (EDD) for secure and timely processing of refunds.

• EDD = Generally 3-5 business days to appear in a bank account.
• Physical Check = Generally arrives within 2 weeks through U.S. mail.

Avoid the Fall 2024 Void

The Fall 2024 balance is due on August 14, 2024. Make sure to mark your calendars and plan ahead to avoid any last-minute stress!

If paying in full isn't an option for you, consider enrolling in the USA Payment Plan for monthly installments.

Living on campus? Missing this deadline could mean getting removed from your residence hall and/or having your meal plan suspended.
