Escape the heat and enjoy great art here at the Bowdoin College Museum of Art. This month we open a new exhibition of recently acquired war photographs by the early 20th-century Japanese artist Ogawa Kazumasa. In addition, be sure to see other current exhibitions, including Abigail DeVille: In the Fullness of Time and Tom Burckhardt: Informal Worship. A huge thank you to this summer’s cohort of student interns, who wrap up their work at the museum this month. They have done an outstanding job conducting research on the museum’s collection, helping to develop future exhibitions, and leading tours and other programs. We look forward to crossing paths with them again during the upcoming academic year.

See you at the Museum!
