WELCOME NEW FAMILIES!
Dear New Holy Spirit Family,

Welcome to Holy Spirit! We are excited that you decided to join the HSPS
Community and look forward to getting to know you. You are part of
something special! We truly are a community of parents dedicated to providing
the best academic opportunities in a faith-based environment for our children.
While we know our children will make friends here at Holy Spirit, some they
may have their whole lives, you too will undoubtedly develop wonderful life-
long friendships with fellow parents yourselves.

The Bears Club is the school’s parent organization whose goals are to support
the fundraising and social activities of Holy Spirit Parish School and build
fellowship within the parental community. Our goal is to encourage parental
involvement to enhance the experience, facilitate communication between
parents and school administration and have fun! As an HSPS parent, you are
all automatically members of the club!

We welcome you to be involved and to make this school an even better place
for all our children. Whether you choose to lead a committee, assist in the
classroom, or simply send supplies for a class activity, your help is important
and appreciated.

Please reach out to us or your “buddy family” when and if you have any
questions. If we don’t have the answers, we will get them for you. And if you’d
like to join the conversation, all parents are welcome to attend the Bears Club
monthly meetings, usually held on the second Wednesday of the month.
We look forward to getting to know each of you better and together watching
our children grow in faith, academics, leadership, and service.

Sync the FACTS Calendar to your calendar...
When you get your FACTS login, go to the school calendar and subscribe to the calendar . This will allow all school calendar info to sync to your choice of calendar (Apple, google, outlook, etc). This is key to get the most up to date info and changes.

Weekly Sunday Phone call (let it go to VM to save info)
This is one of the biggest tips we can give you....

The Administration provides a weekly phone call on Sunday evening at 7pm. This recorded message is a weekly "what's to come" and it is extremely helpful. The key is....DON'T ANSWER THE CALL!!! If you let it go to VOICEMAIL, you have it reference in the future if you need to listen to it again for important dates or info.
Weekly Friday Principal Email
Mr. Domingo sends out a weekly email on Friday that outlines the upcoming weeks and important details for the school. This is such a crucial email to stay in the know of important details. Make sure to save all school emails to your contacts so you don't miss out on this information. From time to time, items can go to the junk folder.
