With the storm that blew through last week we are pleased to report the new dome held up very well and shed any surface snow in record time. Facility staff, city crews, and contractors removed much of the snow that builds up around the perimeter lane ways of the dome and construction crews were able to continue their work unhindered.

The new turf has now been moved into the dome and once the surface is lazer leveled on Monday we will begin the roll out of the new FIFA grade turf, stitching together, and finally lining of the new playing surface. Information will be coming out soon to the Head Coaches of all Recreational, Competitive and High Performance teams about a soft launch in late March and the opportunity for YOU, our Members, to be first on the turf! 

In the meantime, have a great March Break and enjoy a brief break from soccer. We have teams heading to Virginia for the Jefferson Cup over the next three weeks and wish them safe travels and a lot of success, remember Pickering FC's vision is to “Be the best Football Club in Canada by reaching beyond the borders of our Community to enrich the lives of those within it.” What better way to live that vision than by competing proudly with Pickering FC on foreign soil.

OUTDOOR 2023 REGISTRATION NOW LIVE!

Registration for the on line 2023 Ontario Soccer Match Official Clinics is now open. You will register directly with Ontario Soccer. This link will take you to the information page/registration link for the clinics.

It is important that you read the Student Guide prior to registering for a clinic and it will provide you with valuable information on the clinics, the process, and the practical sessions. If you have any questions, please reach out directly to Ontario Soccer at matchofficials@ontariosoccer.net as this will speed up getting the answers you need. Also consult the FAQ document that can be found on the webpage to assist you.

Entry Level – must be 14 years of age as of March 31, 2023 - $135 fee

Small Sided Game – must be 12 years of age as of March 31, 2023 - $110 fee

Remember to list the Pickering FC as your club when you register!
