Business Damage Assessment Survey

The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity and the Florida Division of Emergency Management have activated the Business Damage Assessment Survey to gather information about how Hurricane Ian is impacting local businesses. This survey will assess and inform recovery resources needed in impacted communities.

Latino Small Business Grants Available

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Small Business Majority, Support Latino Business (SLB) and Modern Woodmen Fraternal Finance are kicking off the second annual #SupportSmallBiz Grant program. To apply, a business must meet the following criteria:

Have a least one Latino/x founder with at least 50% ownership
Have a legally registered U.S. for-profit business
Have been in business for at least one year prior to September 2021
Be at least 18 and a U.S. resident (including the District of Columbia and U.S. territories)
