Franklin House Tavern: Open year-round and always offering great service, food and drink, the historic Franklin House Tavern, 8184 Sentell St, is just a short drive, bicycle ride or a healthy walk from the vacation homes.

Enjoy the winter beauty and warm up by the fire: All of our homes now have a wood-burning or electric fireplace to warm up by after a day of playing in the snow.

Hike Beechwood State Park, an abandoned Girls Scout camp: Have you ever hiked this unique and interesting State Park? Just 5 minutes drive from the cottages, this abandoned Girls Scout camp has many of the buildings in place in a deteriorated yet intriguing setting. Wander through 300+ acres and come upon the old tents, mess hall, beautiful overlook of Lake Ontario, and enjoy the history and quiet. Memorial Day Weekend: The 4 and 6 bedroom homes, Bay View at the Point and the Beach House, are each available for the 3-day Memorial Day Weekend 2023. Are you ready to plan some warm weather fun?

Beach House improvements: The great room has been transformed with all new: paint, furniture including TV stand, 4 rocker/recliners (3 swivel), area rugs, love seat, and the upgrade of the sofa to a queen sleeper from the Signature Design line by Ashley. We're still finishing up this project and you can see the latest photos on our website for the Beach House.

There is one final Summer 2023 opening at the Beach House for 6 nights: 8/26/23 to 9/1/23.

Summer 2024 calendars now open. The large homes go first so if you have a bigger group vacationing together during summer months we encourage reserving early.

Youngman Orchards Farm Market to open at the Point. This spring there will be a closer choice for a farm market as Youngman Orchards Farm Market is moving nearby to 7902 Lake Rd near the edge of the Village.
