It's March!!!
We're moving towards Spring here in Canada. And moving toward the end of "Covid Life!"

Many of us are feeling like we want this @!$% to be over. Others are thinking "OMG! I have to get rid of this Covid 15," or "I need to rejuvenate to make the most of the reopening" or "I just want to sit here on the couch until this is over."

This past year has been a struggle for sure. But, I'm a really big believer in you make the best with what you've got. As humans, we thrive on agency and you have to find the light that is the agency you have. Even if there are 99 things you can't there will be one thing you can. I can't hug my mom but we can zoom. It is all in your approach.

Therefore this month is March Mindfulness!
