2022 WTS Charlotte Metro Annual Meeting Recap
At our 2022 Chapter Annual Meeting we gathered to network, honor our Chapter's scholarship recipients, and to have an insightful Q & A with Gretchen Goldman, Ph.D., science policy expert and science communicator.

Gretchen discussed the struggle of balancing kids and STEM careers in the pandemic, how she communicates science and research to policy makers and the media, bike commuting in Washington DC, and the backstory behind the viral image of her being interviewed on CNN from her living room. Thank you to all of our members and attendees for your contributions to this event.
