Crowdfunding Mission

For 40-years, Megan Davis, Ph.D., research professor at FAU's Harbor Branch, has been studying the queen conch life cycle and is the worldā€™s foremost expert on queen conch aquaculture ā€“ the farming of queen conch.

ļ»æMore than ever, communities seek her knowledge to bring a solution to the species decline.

In response to these pleas, Florida Atlantic University is seeking $30,000 to help Dr. Davis take her 40-years of knowledge and use it to teach queen conch aquaculture techniques to communities throughout the Caribbean.
