“Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.”
-- Colossians 3:15

CUAA students, Meg Espinoza (‘24) and Natalie Waske (’22) welcomed new students at the beginning of the academic year.

Dear fellow alumni,
We are members of one body in Christ. This bond of unity makes us family! We are further called to live in peace and thankfulness, and build each other up in Christ.
The end of another academic year is a perfect time to reflect on how grateful we are for all Christ has done for us, and for all he will continue to do through us. We especially ask God’s blessing on our spring graduates who are ready to live out CUAA’s mission to serve Christ in the Church and the world. Please help me welcome all of our 142 new graduates to the CUAA alumni family!
Family takes care of each other, and that’s exactly what our alumni do for one another through prayer, lifelong friendships, and providing help when needed. We are grateful for all the prayers and support for Dr. Oleg Ivanets and his parents. Click here to read the latest update: Concordia professor seeks path to U.S. for his Ukrainian parents
Will your summer plans include a trip through Ann Arbor? I’d love to help you set up a special campus visit. You’re family, and you are always welcome here!
God’s blessings,

Concordia celebrates the 175th anniversary of the LCMS
|
|
Happy 175th birthday, LCMS! Both the CUW and CUAA campuses were founded by the LCMS (in 1881 and 1963, respectively) and remain proudly aligned with the teachings and confession of the synod today. Click here to read explanations and examples of our distinctly Lutheran approach to higher education. It’s what makes Concordia uncommon.

Final Thought from
Campus Pastor Randy Duncan
|
Each morning during the school year, our campus pastor, Randy Duncan, sends out an email full of inspirational thoughts, concepts to ponder, scripture, and prayer requests. We thought we would share some of his thoughts with you each month for us to contemplate.
Final thought: Sometimes you have to remind yourself to step back and let God be God.
