I LOVE the virtual open tours — I actually I like them more than the traditional opens — time efficient (see a lot more in a short span of time), I get to ask questions of the listing agents, and if I’m featuring a listing, I can point out details to a captive audience. We don’t have this “one-on-one” opportunity at traditional opens as agents are usually flying through the house, and the focus may be on lunch rather than the actual listing! 😂
In a low inventory market such as we are in I find it helpful to keep up with what is available and current market values. In fact, I would like to hear about new listings even if they are under contract to keep up with current pricing! - GSAR member Pei Lin Huang
