Dementia/Alzheimer’s Disease Prevention
Guest Speaker: Dr. Lindita Hobdari
Sunday, June 28
1:00-1:45 pm
Dr. Hobdari’s personal philosophy of compassionate care is based on understanding the lifestyle challenges that impact each patient individually. She believes thoroughly getting to know each patient is the key to your successful treatment and good health.
To be an effective primary care practice, we believe prevention and the art of alternative medicine are major components of good health. Making this a priority at Hobdari Family Health helps us apply the principles outlined by the “Father of Medicine,” the Greek Hippocrates.

Virtual Connection to Innovation
Sports 2020:
What About the Fans?
Wednesday, July 15
12:00PM-1:30PM EST
Our topic for this edition of Connection to Innovation will focus
on what it means to be a sports fan in 2020. It is clear that
sports are coming back to the fans, but it is still unclear
when and how the fans will come back to sports. While social
distancing persists, what will the experience look like? What
cutting edge innovations will support the "new normal" fan
experience? Hear about it directly from the experts.

What is an Empowered Patient and How to Be Your Own Medical Advocate?
Guest speaker: Susan O. Cassidy, M.D., J.D.
Wednesday, July 22
1:00-2:00 PM
The health care system is ever-changing and becoming more complex.
Issues to be discussed:
• Why generic documents, like living wills, are too general to be helpful and are open to interpretation.
• Why creating a personalized road map for your wishes to guide "in the moment" medical and chronic care decision making so important?
• How to decide if surgery or a medical treatment is right for you
• How to make sure you get the care you need, but also need the care you are getting
This should be a lively discussion with plenty of time for questions!
