New rankings are good news for Pitt Social Work
Several online resources have continued to rank Pitt School of Social Work's BASW and MSW programs as some of the top programs in the country:

Raising awareness of teen mental health issues
Professor Danny Rosen, Jewish Healthcare Foundation’s vice board chair, spoke to the Pittsburgh Jewish Chronicle on May 23, when both the City of Pittsburgh and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania made a proclamation calling for greater attention, education and advocacy for issues related to teen mental health. MSW student awarded national student-athletic achievement prize 
MSW student and Pitt wide receiver Tre Tipton has been named a recipient of the Wilma Rudolph Student-Athlete Achievement Award annually presented by the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A). The N4A Wilma Rudolph Student-Athlete Achievement Award honors student-athletes who have overcome great personal, academic and/or emotional odds to achieve academic success while participating in intercollegiate athletics. Lunch ‘n' Learn Data Demonstration 
Join the Pitt Social Work Community Engagement Team for a virtual Lunch ‘n' Learn Data Demonstration in partnership with the Office of Community and Government Relations.
