Library Is Offering Curbside Delivery!

To protect the health of our patrons and the community, the Library remains at Stage 2 of our Reopening Plan: Curbside Delivery, Online Resources, Telephone Service, Virtual Programs, and Wireless Internet access in our parking lot.

The drive-up book return is OPEN for returns. Items will remain on your account for at least 4 days as they will be quarantined fine-free before discharge. Donations of books cannot be accepted at this time. Visit whitelakelibrary.org for more information.

Great Michigan Read

One title, one state, and thousands engaged in literary discussion.
The Great Michigan Read facilitates statewide reading and programs to bridge communities around a common conversation. This year’s title is What the Eyes Don’t See, by Dr. Mona Hanna-Attisha. Register and receive a free book to join! Books can be picked up January 4-15 via curbside pickup.

Protect Michigan Landmarks! We've received an anonymous tip that there is a plot to steal one of Michigan's landmarks on Valentine's Day. We have until then to figure out who, where, and why before it's too late and the landmark is lost to us forever. Join the virtual scavenger hunt across participating library websites to be entered to win prizes and save the day!
