Dear fellow alumni,
You are dearly loved! ❤
God is love, and because He first loved us, we are able to love others. His gift of love is what keeps our hearts together as alumni, and our hearts are still together because His love never fails!
CUAA’s heart is full of love for our faithful alumni, returning students, and our dedicated faculty and staff. We especially rejoice for our brand-new cohort of 32 students in our School of Health Professions!
We give God thanks and praise for all He provides for us. Please consider joining us on March 1 for our very first Giving Day. Check out March MATCHness for more about this 24-hour friendly competition with giving challenges that can double your impact!
Do you have a prayer need or praise report to share? Send us an email and we will remember you in our campus prayers.
God bless you with His abundant love,

Concordia University Alumni Attitude Survey coming soon
|
As we did in 2016, we will soon launch an alumni attitude survey to capture your ideas for the future. We want to know more about your experiences, discover what interests you, and hear about your fond memories. In fact, the word art pictured represents some of your memories from your time at Concordia as mentioned in the previous survey.
The survey opens the week of March 22 and will be active for one month. If two alumni live in your household, we would ask that both of you take individual surveys via email. Please take a moment to update your contact information so that we can get the survey to you. Click here.
Your opinion and feedback are very important to us as we strive to serve the needs and interests of our alumni. You are an important member of the Concordia family!

Class of 1969 Scholarship Endowment for Church Work Students
|
|
The spotlight shines bright on the CLJC Class of 1969!
During their 50th reunion in 2019, members from the Class of ‘69 launched a campaign to raise $25,000 to establish a scholarship endowment as their class gift. The challenge was to inspire fellow classmates to contribute individually and reach the goal by the end of 2022. Their collective generosity is literally off the charts! By the close of 2020, 45 gifts have been received totaling $28,260! Some gifts are eligible for our current 1:1 matching gift opportunity for gifts of $2,500 or more to support named endowments. Those funds will bring the endowment to $36,760. Awesome teamwork, Class of 1969! This scholarship will be used to support students pursuing full-time church work. For more details about endowments or the matching gift opportunity, please email linda.sproul@cuaa.edu or call 734.995.7491.

Thoughts from
Campus Pastor Randy Duncan
|
Each morning during the school year, our campus pastor, Randy Duncan, sends out an email full of inspirational thoughts, concepts to ponder, scripture, and prayer requests. We thought we would share some of his thoughts with you each month for us to contemplate.
Final thought: God gave us mouths that close and ears that don’t. That must tell us something.
