Strategic Planning January Update

Dear Campus Community,

The Strategic Planning Task Force (SPTF) is in the process of crafting our strategic plan for the next five years (2023-2028) and is excited to share the following updates.

The Strategic Planning Task Force has been researching and diving deep into who we are as an institution by gathering data via presentations, tours, reports, and community engagement events. Sub-group findings and impact statements were presented to cabinet and will be presented to the campus community on Professional Day.

Our next steps are to engage the campus community for impact statements in our Future Summit Workshop and synthesize all of our impact statements into strategic goals.
