"Know therefore that the Lord your God is God;
He is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations
of those who love Him and keep His commandments.”

Dear fellow alumni,
GOD LOVES YOU!
I recently saw these three words on a homemade sign hanging from a bridge on I-94 in Detroit. It is a short, but mighty message!
In contrast, the book of Deuteronomy is a mighty long message providing a detailed account of how the Lord kept His covenant of love with His chosen people. This month’s Bible verse from Deuteronomy 7:9 reminds us of God’s love and faithfulness to all generations. To put it simply, God loves you!
God’s love and faithfulness through His Son, Jesus Christ, continues to bless Concordia, and will guide us for generations to come. We give God thanks and praise as a Concordia family and welcome Dr. Erik Ankerberg as our new CUWAA president! The installation service will take place tomorrow, Sunday, February 5 at 5 pm ET in the Chapel of Christ Triumphant on the CUW campus. All alumni are invited to watch the live stream of President Ankerberg's installation. A celebration will be held on our CUAA campus later this year. Blessings (and details) to come!
God loves you! ❤

School of Health Professions spotlight! | |
Have you ever wondered what the requirements are for PT school? We want to make it easy for you to find and understand what steps you need to take to apply.
Occupational and physical therapists have many similarities. Both are healthcare professionals that effectively work with patients of various ages to help them recover from injury or manage pain from a permanent disability. OTs and PTs have different goals and approaches to helping patients. OTs work to help patients become more independent in doing daily tasks. These patients are normally diagnosed with long-term disabilities that prevent or make it difficult to complete things without assistance.
On the other hand, PTs focus on helping to reduce pain and rehabilitate a patient with chronic conditions or after an injury. Click here to take a further look at the difference between an OT and PT.

Final Thought from
Campus Pastor Randy Duncan

Each morning during the school year, our campus pastor, Randy Duncan, sends out an email full of inspirational thoughts, concepts to ponder, scripture, and prayer requests. We thought we would share some of his thoughts with you each month for us to contemplate.
Final thought: Regret looks back. Fear looks around. Worry looks in. Faith looks up.
