APPLICATION FEE
All completed applications, accompanied by a $375 non-refundable application fee and a $20 FACTS processing fee will be submitted to ECEC via the FACTS Family Portal. *Please note that we do not collect an application fee for unborn children at the time an application is submitted.
Parents will receive a confirmation message when an application is successfully submitted.
FINANCIAL AID REQUESTS
Need based financial aid is available to Temple Members. The financial aid request form will be found in the application packet.
Please ensure that you have your family 1040 tax form from either 2023 or 2024 available to upload to complete the application.
Families requesting financial aid are required to pay the $375 application fee and a $20 FACTS processing fee for each student.
Financial aid applications will be accepted until January 31, 2025.
ACCEPTANCE EMAILS
Acceptance emails offering ECEC placement for the 2024-2025 academic year will be sent late afternoon on Friday, March 14, 2025.
- You will have 8 days to accept the offer by paying a deposit to secure your child’s placement. Acceptance Deposit Unborn Children (Infants): We do not collect an application fee for unborn children at the time an application is submitted. If your infant is accepted, once the baby is born, you will pay the 10% deposit and the ECEC application fee.
- Acceptance Deposit Infants – Threes: 10% of the tuition including extended programming (Deposit will be applied towards annual tuition)
- Acceptance Deposit Pre-K and Kindergarten: 20% of the tuition including extended programming (Deposit will be applied towards annual tuition)
