Feedback Requested: Safety Element Update Survey

The City is surveying residents as part of the regular update to the Safety  Element, one of the nine State-mandated components within the general plan. Residents can take the survey online or at the Los Altos Community Center Adult 50+ Program location. The survey is open through Wednesday, July 10.

Agenda Available for Upcoming City Council Meeting

The agenda lists all the items to be discussed during the Tuesday, July 9 meeting. During the study session at 5:30 PM, the City Council will receive training on the electronic voting system for use during Council meetings on agenda items.

You're Invited: 45th Annual Arts & Wine Festival

The 45th Annual Arts & Wine Festival returns on Saturday and Sunday, July 13 and 14. Parking will be limited downtown; biking, walking, or carpooling is encouraged. Make sure to stop by the Police Department's booth to say hello to our officers. Volunteer opportunities for the festival are still available.

The final three performances in the '24 Summer Concert Series move to Hillview Soccer Field starting this Thursday, July 11, with dance band Mercy & The Heartbeats. Concerts are each Thursday through July 25 and start at 6:30 PM. Parking is limited; please consider walking, biking, or carpooling.

Help Conserve Energy by Registering for Flex Alerts

Flex Alerts are voluntary calls for energy conservation that include simple steps such as turning off lights and avoiding use of major appliances. Community members are encouraged to sign up for Flex Alerts to help prevent energy shortages when summer heat and extreme weather events arise.
