"Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you."

--Isaiah 60:1

Dear alumni,

We show love in many ways to one another--to our spouses, children, friends, and colleagues. There is romantic love (eros), brotherly/sisterly love (philia), and unconditional love (agape), which is the love that Jesus has for us. Each day, when we make breakfast for our family, or we help a stranger in the community, or we support one another at CUAA, we are putting love into action. Did you know that Concordia is the Latin word for "with one heart?" So, think about it. Instead of Concordia University, we could be With One Heart University. As we celebrate this month of love, let's remember the many ways in which we show love for one another within the Concordia community.

Take a look at the many events and opportunities below that show the heart of Concordia.
