Happy Thanksgiving!
From the Board and Staff we hope the PFC Family celebrates the long weekend with family and friends.
This weekend typically marks the turning point from the Outdoor season to our Indoor season. Club Staff have worked hard to provide a balanced schedule of games for our Recreational players and training time for our Competitive players. The high performance OPDL group are slowly wrapping up their 2022 season before jumping into tryouts at the end of the month. It seems like most weeks are busy around the Club right now and as we turn our sights to player registrations, team meetings, tryouts, uniform sizing and budgets, things are busier than ever. That doesn't mean we're too busy to help - if you have a question or comment about any of our programs we can be reached in-person, by phone, email or through our social media platforms - we've never been more accessible!
The 'Build Back Better' project continued with more positive developments this week. The water damaged turf has now been completely removed and taken to be recycled. What remains is a blank canvas which will be assessed next week by the turf consultant for laser leveling and by the contractors pouring the concrete pad for our hard court surface.
