Limited Submission Funding Opportunities

We ask that all MGH Investigators interested in applying for any limited submission award submit a Letter of Intent (see detailed instructions below) to the MGH Executive Committee on Research (ECOR) by the deadline indicated for each award to be considered to receive an institutional nomination.

Cummings $30M Grant Program -- Funds a variety of local causes, especially those related to human services, healthcare and social justice.

Claude D. Pepper Older Americans Independence Centers -- Awards designed to develop or strengthen programs that focus on, and sustain progress in, a key area of aging research.

Modern Equipment for Shared-use Biomedical Research Facilities: Advancing Research Related Operations (R24 Clinical Trials Not Allowed) -- Invites qualified academic or research institutions to apply for funding to support the purchase of advanced equipment that will enhance and modernize research operations.

George M. O'Brien Kidney National Resource Center (U54 -- Clinical Trial Not Allowed): Join a consortium that is leading a nation-wide effort to advance kidney research.

National Coordinating Center for the George M. O'Brien Kidney National Resource Centers (U24 Clinical Trial Not Allowed): The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) invites applications for the George M. O’Brien Kidney Consortium — National Coordination Center (NCC) to lead a nation-wide effort to advance kidney research.

ChemDraw is a powerful, yet easy-to use, tool for producing chemical and biological drawings. You can create your own drawings or use those provided in the library of available templates.
Discount Biorender Licenses

BioRender is a web application that can be used to create scientific figures, diagrams, and illustrations from a scientifically accurate image library, all in a matter of minutes. Discounted licenses are available through the Research Computing Core.
