Dear BHA Members,
In recent weeks, the Bald Head Association team has been diligently working on the 2025 budget. Our goal was to produce a budget that will serve BHA's members for the coming year and that will fund planned reserves in 2025.
On Wednesday, November 27, 2024, the Board of Directors approved the 2025 budget. Based on plans for 2025 and a factor of increased inflation of over 15% since our last general assessment change in early 2022, the 2025 budget includes a 4% increase in yearly assessments.
In 2025, unimproved lots will be charged $198.00 and improved lots with homes will be charged $593.00.
