FROM THE DEAN
To the Sawyer Business School Community,

Commencement 2022 capped an incredible academic year, one in which we celebrated the 75th anniversary of our undergraduate business degree, launched a student-run marketing agency, established a chapter of FinTech Women, and saw our campus return to normal in many ways.

Commencement itself on May 22 was a triumphant day for everyone, and we are pleased to welcome 908 new members to the Business School alumni community. We are especially proud to say that, combined with our College of Arts & Sciences, thirty-one percent of this year’s 1,104 undergraduate degree recipients are first-generation college students—an impressive statistic. You can read more about Commencement—and the other stories mentioned above—in this newsletter.

My thanks to all the Sawyer Business School parents, alumni, and friends who continue to give us so much support to help our students succeed. I wish you all a wonderful summer.

Sincerely,
Amy Zeng signature
