Meet Yourself: Developmental Milestones (In-person event) 

First Steps, the NRV’s Early Childhood Education and Development Network, will host its first in-person Meet Yourself session of 2023 focused on developmental milestones for young children, and resources for those who may have developmental delays. This session expands upon our March virtual panel discussion on the same topic, but allows for more in-depth information on available resources, and discussion with presenters, service providers, and parents.

Hear from representatives from Early Intervention at NRV Community Services, the Virginia Tech Child Study Center, the Children’s Health Improvement Program (CHIP) and Blacksburg Pediatrics about their services, and network with other service providers in healthcare, early education, social services, and more to learn about resources for young children and families.

A light breakfast will be available beginning at 8:30am with presentations starting at 9am.
