Institute of Rural Health Awarded $1.4 Million Grant
The Institute of Rural Health at Idaho State University has received a Public Health AmeriCorps grant of $1.4 million to expand their presence throughout Idaho to improve the health of communities through research, education, and service.

Dental Hygiene Clinic to be Dedicated After Much-Needed Upgrade
Idaho State will dedicate the recently renovated Delta Dental of Idaho Dental Hygiene Clinic on Friday, April 15. The clinic was updated using a $500,000 donation from Delta Dental of Idaho. The upgrades allow the clinic to meet industry standards.

Educator Scholarship Established to Help Students Pursue Teaching
To give back to Idaho State and the community that has made a difference in their lives, James and Wendy Ruchti established the $33,000 Idaho Educator scholarship to support students who are returning to school to pursue their dreams of becoming teachers.
