NEW eVA - Coming this May!

The Commonwealth will implement a New eVA on May 2.  What does this mean for the campus community? eVA will look very different. As soon as the ODU eVA Team receives access to the new site, we’ll provide weekly training sessions every Tuesday and Thursday.

UPCOMING TRAINING

The Department of Procurement Services offers training programs on multiple purchasing activities. Each training is unique, so please check the event calendar for registration information.

As the campus prepares for the New eVA transition, eVA specific trainings will be held twice a week, every Tuesday and Thursday

EQUIPMENT TRUST FUND (ETF)



Reminder: ETF Requisitions must be submitted by March 8, 2022.

YEAR END PLANNING

Please make note of the below due dates for Requisition Submission.

April 4: Goods/Services > $50,000

April 25: Goods/Services $10,000 - $50,000

May 13: Goods/Services < $10,000 Vendor proposals/quotations must include language specifying that requested goods/services will be delivered/provided on or before June 30, 2022.

PPE REQUESTS

Reminder: PPE Supplies can be requested by submitting the PPE Request Form.

All other supplies can be ordered through Procurement Services.

Please submit your PPE Request Form to procurement@odu.edu by February 16 to allow for adequate delivery time.
