Breaking Down Bills: LAHSA's Letters of Support
LAHSA has written seven letters of support for legislative bills regarding workforce development programs, rental subsidies, and parking ticket relief. These bills would support and protect our unhoused neighbors and help them move closer to obtaining stable, permanent housing.

You are invited to join LAHSA as we share the latest information about our life-saving mission to rehouse our neighbors experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles County. The event will feature a panel discussion on how LAHSA addresses unsheltered homelessness and the challenges and solutions to bringing people home.

LAHSA is a joint powers authority of the city and county of Los Angeles, created in 1993 to address the problem of homelessness in Los Angeles County. LAHSA is the lead agency in the HUD-funded Los Angeles Continuum of Care, and coordinates and manages federal, state, county, and city funds for programs providing shelter, housing, and services to people experiencing homelessness.
