Please contact the Rescue Mission Thrift Stores directly to make sure they are open and taking donations.

BACK IN THE SANCTUARY
Sunday, November 28th
First Sunday of Advent
Masks Required to be worn the entire worship service.

Carrie Minetree was admitted into the hospital with pneumonia after getting the Covid-19 virus. She is on oxygen and will be in hospital until her O2 levels increase.
Muffett Brinkman's Dad, passed away on September 20th. Her Step-Dad, passed away, on September 21st. Muffett had flown back home to be with her dad and care for him before he passed.
Charles Minetree requests prayers for, Oliver Esmeralda, Carrie's Grandson, and Rebecca (my stepdaughter) and Joey Esmeralda's son. He came home very sick from his first day at kindergarten. Rebecca is having him tested for COVID. He is five years old.
Lift up our black communities. For the elimination of racism in all forms: individual and systemic (institutional and structural).
We pray for those struggling financially.
Pray for parents who are juggling home school with their children.
Prayers for our medical professionals and those who are in essential services.
We pray for our world and our leaders. We lift up our country.
We pray for our seniors and elderly. May they get their Covid-19 vaccinations without major frustration.
Prayers for those detained in detention centers.
The United Methodist Church during this time of change.
Prayers for those out of work and searching for a job.
Prayers for those with mental illness and depression.
Prayer for our neighborhood, our state, our nation, and the world. As well as our leaders.
