Happy New Year! We wish everyone a productive and enjoyable year ahead. As 2023 opens, and the Museum reopens to the public on January 10th, we have a number of exciting new exhibitions to enjoy. We invite you to celebrate the opening of Turn of Phrase: Language and Translation in Global Contemporary Art, curated by Sabrina Lin ’21, on January 26th and to check out Andean Modernities/ Contemporary Art: Cultural Transformation in Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia, curated by Carolyn Wolfenson Niego and her students. And be sure to enjoy America and Antiquity: The Ancient Mediterranean in the United States, now in its final month. A concluding program with artist Bradley Borthwick on January 26th will provide new insight into this fascinating exhibition.
