Dear Member, Stakeholder, Supporter,

This week our Competitive Administrator Nina Cancellara and Club Secretary Roz Lavoie accepted on the Clubs behalf the Brouchard Trophy won by the U11 Boys team in Quebec. A wonderful gesture that also included our U12 and U15 Boys teams stopping their training session to watch and applaud.

We would also like to celebrate Nina's 17th year with the Club! Nina has been the point person for Competitive and High Performance families for many years now. While her phone is often buzzing around the clock she always has a smile on her face and eager to provide the support players and parents need. Here's to another 17 years Nina!!

One of the hidden impacts of the pandemic restrictions was the return to play for our older teenage divisions. At U18 we managed to form three recreational teams that played each other in a round-robin each week at the new Rick Johnson Field in our New Seaton neighbourhood. We experimented with offering this as a coed program and we're pleased to say it was very well received.

"I want to begin by giving commendation to Mr. Ahmed Omar for coaching the U18 Co-ed soccer team. He did an AMAZING job and my son really enjoyed playing soccer this summer. High praises for Mr. Omar. "
